So you’ve completed your degree. Now it’s time to start work. How you start with us is down to you. There are two possibilities – direct entry or a trainee program.
Direct entry
Do you already have a pretty clear idea of what area you want to work in? Then maybe direct entry in one of our departments is for you. You will complete a customized introductory and training program. You will be involved in projects from an early stage, which will entail taking on responsibility after just a short period. Trainee program for engineers
Our trainee program runs for 12 to 15 months. Depending on your interests it can be focused either on production or on international sales. In both cases you will be assigned an experienced mentor who will provide support and guidance. You will spend time in all key areas of the company, including one of our foreign subsidiaries. You will also attend regular cross-group seminars, where you will meet other trainees and make valuable contacts. Altogether the ideal preparation for your future management duties!
Doctorates
Looking to follow up your studies with a doctorate/PhD? We’d be pleased to provide both technical and financial support. Of course, the subject of your doctoral thesis should fit in with our company’s operations. So if you’re planning to do a PhD on a technical/scientific subject, why not get in touch?
