Business
As a subsidiary of ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe the Tailored Blanks group is a manufacturer of innovative, customized steel solutions. Our products are used almost exclusively in the automotive sector. Individual sheets of different quality, thickness and coating are joined by laser beam welding, resulting in a customized blank that meets the highest safety requirements.
Product portfolio
What began with a welded blank in 1985 has over the years evolved into a large family of tailored products. And there’s no end to the success story in sight as we continue to enhance our products with and for our customers!
