Our aim is to provide active support to our customers in every phase of their work and to offer them the best possible applications consultancy in all areas. To this end we created our own engineering department in 2007.
Before the start of production, we carry out forming analyses of the part together with you, testing the material, seam position and sheet thickness. This preliminary work allows weaknesses and faults which could jeopardize the safety of the production process to be almost completely avoided. It reduces the need for testing on real parts and significantly shortens testing periods. Naturally, we also provide our knowledge and experience on site to support critical production start-ups.
Our parent company ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe provides active assistance with all material and forming analyses, putting the materials and forming expertise of the entire Group at your disposal.
