Unloading made easy
How do you unload goods? Using a crane and/or a forklift?
Do you have special requirements in terms of pallet weight, the number of blanks or the way they are positioned? Just call us. We’ll adapt our methods so that you can unload your deliveries without losing any time.
Made-to-measure packaging
When it comes to how your blanks are packaged, we give you a choice: Standard or made-to-measure? Depending on your production flows you can decide either in favor of disposable wooden pallets or reusable steel pallets. Investments in the latter tend to pay off quickly. One reason: made-to-measure solutions allow transportation and storage space to be utilized optimally. In addition, the steel pallets allow perfect handling in your process – from the loading area straight to the forming press. Steel pallets also provide straighter stacking (flatness and precision).
Straight and true: Bead geometry
The devil is in the detail. We have perfected the art of straight stacking to allow trouble-free processing of the blanks in your factory.
In line with your requirements we can provide beads at any point on the blank – not just at the edges. We are also flexible when it comes to bead shape: round or oval, our equipment is up to the task. We produce exactly what you want.
