We ensure that each and every one of our products is perfect. Our main focus is on the quality of the base materials and the production process. Quality control starts in the melt shop and takes in all downstream production stages, including cold rolling and coating.
Real time control
We guarantee optimum results from each of our products. To achieve this, quality control systems tailored to our processes are installed directly in our production equipment. They perform real-time checks on the welds during the production process for all relevant external and internal defect types. Defects are detected immediately. That is, if any defects occur at all.
We again use experienced partners to help develop our quality control systems. We utilize innovations in the field of automated quality control to continuously improve our processes.
