We organize workshops that give you and our specialists the opportunity to exchange experience and ideas. Purchasers, technicians, designers and engineers develop and analyze ideas for optimizing processes. Many ideas generated in such workshops are now reality – new equipment technology and products that have helped shape the future of the automobile.
Benchmarking
We research what you need to know. As an ideas provider for the automotive industry we carry out regular benchmark studies. The subjects of these studies arise from our dialogue with you. The results make it possible to compare your concepts with those of other vehicle manufacturers and rate your own performance, allowing future development trends to be reliably defined.
Further projects
When it comes to research, you can count us in. We are completely open to our customers’ wishes. In recent years, this sensitivity to the needs of the car market has generated numerous successful concepts: for example a shock tower which, thanks to the welding of circles, can now be manufactured as a tailored blank.
Our cooperation with ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe also bears many fruits. We discover new possibilities, such as welding stainless steel and developing tailored blanks for shipbuilding applications. Or in a completely different direction, we develop tailored blanks for switch cabinets, or for use with honeycomb sheet ... the list goes on.
